Acceptance When you are using our app or accessing our service in any manner, including but not limited to installing our apps, subscribing to our service means you are bound to comply with our terms. We may update our terms from time to time, your continued use of our service shall constitute your consent to these terms. 2. Your Rights and Responsibilities 2.1 Our Services and License Our apps provide you with various features, including but not limited to video editor and recording, cast to TV. We grant you a non-transferable, non-commercial license to use our service. Our app is available for personal use only, if you are a representative or employee of a team or company, please contact us for an extra license. 2.2 Your Responsibilities When using our services and app, you are solely responsible for your behavior and generated content. You agree to use our app to the best of your knowledge and in a manner that does not infringe on other parties’ rights. Namely, we are not responsible for any disputes resulting from your use of our app. 3. Subscription Our apps may offer you subscription services, which enables you to access the paid features. You can try it out, a subscription cancellation within the trial period will not be charged. At other times, subscriptions will automatically renew before the end of the current period, unless canceled 24 hours in advance. You are able to control your subscription on your Account Setting and cancel auto-renewal. Please note that when you cancel your subscription, no refund will be given for the current subscription. Subscriptions could not be transferred from different systems. Your Payment on Google Play Store is used for Android only. 4. Intellectual Property Rights All material on our services or apps are owned by us or our licensors, but you are the sole owner of the content you created through our apps. 5. Termination You are able to terminate these terms at any time by installing our app or cease accessing our services. We are entitled to terminate these terms and cease your use of our apps at any time for the following reasons (non-exhaustive list), (a) your violation of these terms; (b) you incur disputes for us; (c) your failure to comply with regulations and legal requirements. 6. Limitation of Liability, Disclaimers and Warranties 6.1 Limitation of Liability You are aware and agree that we shall not take any responsibility for your loss resulting from any third party and we shall not be liable for your anticipated benefits, indirect loss. 6.2 Disclaimers and Warranties Our services and applications are provided “AS-IS.” To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implicit, including the implied warranty of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. 7.
